Overstocked Restaurant Supplies is a multi-vendor marketplace, and as such the sellers will have their own shipping policies and prices. Please check the seller profile page prior to purchase for details, and contact the seller directly with any questions you may have.  Our seller’s policies supersede the policies of Overstocked Restaurant Supplies.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with no shipments on weekends or holidays.

Due to the global pandemic many commercial shipping companies are experiencing delays. The shipping company will communicate any delays.

Please check each item description for specific shipping information. Due to size and weight, some items may not be available for shipping at a reasonable rate. Please contact the seller for more information.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the UPS tracking number when the order is shipped. This is separate from the Order Confirmation email which the customer receives at the time they place the order. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Overstocked Restaurant Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

International Shipping Policy

Shipments outside of the United States are not currently available.

No Refund or Exchanges

Overstocked Restaurant Supplies sells used and demo products which are in good or like new condition. We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. 

Damaged

Overstocked Restaurant Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS (shipment carrier) or our support team directly to file a claim.
